Celebrating success - our principal award winner!
Suevenz was our principal award winner this week for: Suevenz's go for it attitude is admirable. She is always trying her best in her learning and challenging herself. She is making progress in reading by sounding her words out and making predictions by looking at the pictures. Her independent writing is improving because she knows her learning intention and aims to meet the success criteria every time! Suevenz you are a kind, caring, and respectful classmate for C6 and we are all proud of you. Tino pai!
Bee presentation

What makes a good learner?
We have been learning and discussing what makes a good learner in C6 and at Glenholme School. I was amazed to see some of the responses the students could come up with. They were talking about knowing their learning intentions and success criteria, being focused, listening, and trying their best. In C6 we are all superstar learners, we talked about not having to be the best at everything or in the top groups, but trying our best in our own learning, knowing what the success criteria is and meeting that to be successful in our learning.
